Overview.
These terms apply to websites, branding and marketing services provided by JaseJTG Web Studio. A project-specific proposal or agreement takes precedence over these general terms where the two differ.
Payment.
Projects are charged as a one-off setup fee plus an ongoing monthly plan covering hosting, maintenance and the services listed in your chosen plan. Setup fees are payable before work begins; monthly plans are billed in advance. Plans can be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice.
What’s included.
Each plan includes the features listed on our pricing page at the time of purchase. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it begins — no surprise invoices.
Content & ownership.
On full payment of the setup fee, you own your website’s design and content. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise. You are responsible for ensuring content you supply does not infringe third-party rights.
Hosting & availability.
Hosting is provided on reputable third-party infrastructure. While we target maximum uptime, no host can guarantee 100% availability, and we are not liable for losses caused by outages beyond our reasonable control.
Liability.
Our total liability in relation to any project is limited to the fees paid for that project. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
