JaseJTG Web Studio (“we”, “us”) is a web design and digital marketing studio operating in the United Kingdom and Spain. Contact: contact@jasejtg.com.
What we collect.
When you submit our contact form we collect your name, email address and the details of your enquiry. Our hosting provider may also record standard technical data such as IP address and browser type in server logs for security purposes.
How we use it.
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry and, where you become a client, to deliver our services. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing. Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms and delivered to our email.
Legal basis & retention.
We process enquiry data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to your request). Enquiry emails are retained for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, after which they are deleted.
Your rights.
Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR you have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@jasejtg.com. You may also complain to the ICO (UK) or AEPD (Spain).
Cookies.
This website does not set marketing or tracking cookies. Fonts and assets are self-hosted, so no data is sent to third-party font or CDN providers when you browse.
